Coach Christine Moorehead

Coach Christine is the Founder and Head Trainer of Semper Soccer. Coach Christine created Semper Soccer in order to provide individualized and small group training to players who are looking to take their game to the next level.

Coach Christine, a lifelong soccer player, grew up in Diamond Bar, CA. She was teammates with Alex Morgan, captain of San Diego Wave FC and US Women's National team, before playing Division 1 Soccer at the US Naval Academy. She excelled as a forward and midfielder while playing at USNA and finished near top of her team in total points each year, and was even named to the all Patriot League team and was nominated as the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week in 2009 and 2010.

After graduating from the US Naval Academy, Coach Christine joined the Marine Corps and got out in 2017. During that time, she started her coaching career with coaching youth from ages 4-12 years old at Jacksonville Area Soccer Association in Jacksonville, NC. After getting out of the Marine Corps, she dedicated her time to more private soccer training lessons and coaching collegiately. She most recently was the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA where she led the team to it's first appearance to the National Championship tournament in school history!

Coach Christine holds her US Soccer "C" License and has coached players of all ages from 4 years old to professional players and helped them develop their skills at each level. Coach Christine's focus with her players is building character and leadership on and off the field. Taking on new players to train is a passion of hers.
