1 on 1 Private Training Lessons

This training consists of 1 individual training session per week. Trainings will continue for a minimum period of 3 months. 

Dates and times of each training will be dependent on the schedule of those signing up. 

Training includes: 

  • Access to a player online platform with 24/7 access to Coach Christine to ask unlimited questions and access to the below resources:

  • Weekly exercises to complete at home

  • Goal setting

  • Game self eval document

  • Nutrition guidance, meal plans, meal planner recipes, meal planning template

  • Access to strength and conditioning off season, preseason workouts, and summer conditioning programs

  • Free customized t-shirt
